Board Offline

Greetings fellow members,

After recent brief internal discussion, it has come to my attention the administration has decided iWinUX will be closing and later re-opening under an all new name and look due to reputation and image from the past. It will be an attempt to let go of bad experiences and drama that has lingered, whether it be our fault or the fault of others. iWinUX was a great community, especially if you had been a part of it before the "restart", and did manage to last over a full year, but some of us will remember that we had some rough times last summer that just seemed to never fully end and unfortunately carried across over into other communities due to some members/staff refusing to act their age and just being ignorant and stupid (and this is the real reason for the inactivity, not certain staff members "quitting"). This is why administration has decided that perhaps an all new look and feel, right down to name, is what we need the most so that we *all* can move on and try to enjoy an online community without having to fully give up.

We have not decided on a name or opening for this new community, but iWinUX will be staying as a place for personal storage/email use and the only thing leaving for good will be the board. A link to the new community, when ready, will most likely be placed on the main page. We just simply have been involved in other more important personal matters in reality rather than living online in a Matrix like certain other communities seem to enjoy doing.

We all will be putting our best efforts, time permitting, into this new community, and although we aren't necessarily going to be wanting to be competition, we will be trying our best at being original and unique and offering something other communities don't. For the most part, this new community will just be a place of fun where everyone can enjoy being a part of. Update: Domain is in process of being purchased, hosting has been found, new community structuring has begun. iWinUX will remain as personal and private storage and email, this board may be deleted. You are still welcome to participate at ieXbeta if you wish to keep in touch.
